Bolton Re-slate

This lovely natural slate roof had no felt underneath with battens rotten and a leak into the kitchen. To remedy this problem we have stripped the slate and fixed a new breathable and waterproof membrane followed by treated timbers, then replaced the existing slates. Prolonging the life of this roof for over 10 years.
